Our integrated tooling workshop makes all the difference and is an added advantage. We consider ourselves the technological leaders in this sector.

High-precision work:
- tolerance to within a few micrometres
- the quality of the mould guarantees a service life of 1 million cycles
The workshop is organised into sectors of activity such as machining the cavities, the shell and assembling the mould. The entire mould production process is monitored by management software.
We have a range of modern, high-speed, numerically controlled machining centres and robotic erosion machines. Quality is auto-controlled.
Measurements are taken using:
- micrometers
- bore-measuring instruments
- measuring columns
- roughness meters
- three-dimensional measuring machines
A service constantly at the cutting-edge of innovation. At present, in order to produce a cavity, the shape of the plastic part you wish to mould has to be cut from a steel block. In the future, laser fusion will be used, transforming steel powder into a solid cavity.
